A fully interactive CD-ROM that enables the user to learn proper lifting techniques and avoid the common mistakes associated with the lifts from over 100 dumbell exercises. The CD exclusively uses PowerBlock® but any free weight dumbells can be used to perform the exercises.
This is a Windows-based program requiring Windows 95 and above, a 233MHz processor or faster, a CD-ROM sound card* and speakers.
*As exercises are explained visually and verbally customers without speakers and a sound card will lose much of the function of this product.
