The Sport 9.0 is a component dumbbell system offering you the opportunity to expand the set as your strength training needs change. With a different inner core handle to the 2.4 and 5.0 models, Sport 9.0 Stage I set is equal to and replaces the need for 16 pairs of traditional dumbbells. Weight range is 1.5kg-22.5kg with increments per hand of:

Flex U-90 Dumbbells
The Flex Series dumbbells are unique to any other model in the PowerBlock range. The adjustable weight plates are coated in urethane to protect from chipping and cracking. The new patented* technology in the Flex U-90 allows the dumbbell to be free from welds and shock absorbing. This flex-pin and flex-plate technology differentiates the Flex Series from other PowerBlock models and any other dumbbell on the market. With no welds and the ability to bend and ‘flex’ under pressure, both the selector pin and weight plates, have this energy-absorbing technology to ensure longevity of your dumbbell system.

This model is equal to and replaces the need for 28 different pairs of dumbbells with a weight range of 1kg-41kg per hand in increments of:

Flex U-90 Club Set
With all the same features as the Flex U-90 dumbbells shown above, the club set is designed specifically for the commercial market (health/sports clubs, military and other unsupervised gym environments) as it comes with a 3-year commercial warranty.

To minimise the issue of loss or theft within a commercial environment, the Flex U-90 Club Set has two different pairs of handles rather than one handle with the 1kg ‘adder weights’.

The club set is equal to and replaces the need for 18 different pairs of dumbbells with a weight range of 1kg-41kg per hand in increments of:
